CCPS Release Notes - October 2026

The CCPS Team is excited to share our latest updates and enhancements from throughout October 2026. This monthly summary combines user-facing improvements across our recent October releases (versions 3.4.4 through 3.4.7), organized by feature area so you can easily find the updates most relevant to your work.

Our focus this month has been on making your day-to-day experience smoother, clearer, and more reliable by streamlining notifications, profile management, affiliation agreements, reporting tools, clinical compliance, and account security.

Improvements & Enhancements

Notifications & Enrollment Management

• Refreshed Layout: Updated the Notification Enrollment page layout and styling for a cleaner, more consistent look aligned with our continued UI improvements throughout the system.

  

• Enhanced Table Usability: Improved table views across Notification Enrollment screens with clearer column labels, intuitive action buttons, and a results counter that accurately updates when adjusting table settings.

Profiles & Affiliation Agreements

• Streamlined Profile Navigation: Added clickable profile names in Manage Profiles to help Regional Admins navigate between organizations and profile details more efficiently.

• Profile Editing: Regional Admins can now update profile details directly, and profile description editing has been smoothed out for School and Provider users.

• Affiliation Agreement Search & Clarity: Enhanced search, filter, and sort options in Manage Affiliation Agreements, with clearer displays of important details like upload and effective dates.

  

Clinical Requirements & Compliance

• Document Visibility: Improved the document preview experience to support longer filenames and clearly identify which organization uploaded each requirement document.

• Multi-Organization Requirements: Updated Manage Documents and Manage Instructions so users can view associated instructions and read-only requirement documents across participating organizations.

  

• Accurate Attestations: Refined the Attest Requirements page so School users are presented with the correct provider context and student records rather than defaulting to an unrelated provider.

Reports & Data Tables

• Consistent Report Layouts: Standardized page layouts, spacing, and filter panels across reporting tools for a more intuitive reporting experience.

• Capacity and Usage & Availability Grid: Improved data accuracy, dropdown navigation, filtering, and regional exports. In addition, past rotation periods can now be viewed in the Availability Grid for historical reference.

• Community Benefit Report:

  • Reorganized under Reports > Community Benefit using our standardized report format.

  • Rotation Period and Start/End Date filters now display directly on the page, with dates automatically filling in based on the selected rotation period.

  • Advanced filters (Provider, School, Placement Type, Preferred Department, and Experience Type) are readily available in the Filter panel.

  • Added a one-click Export to Excel button that matches your table’s sort order.

  • Restored inactive rotation periods so you can continue pulling historical reports.

• Placement Requests Reporting: Improved performance and reliability when generating and exporting the All Placement Requests report.

User Management & Account Experience

• Clearer Rosters: Updated user tables to display First Name, Last Name, and Username in separate columns, making it easier to sort and review users.

• Theme & Display Adjustments: Resolved display issues where option text was cut off when using large-screen or zoomed view settings.

• System Maintenance & Security: Applied routine platform security updates to protect account data and maintain reliable system performance.

Placement Requests & Coordinator Workflows

• Eligible Provider Matching: Ensured eligible providers appear consistently on the Create Request form when active affiliation agreements are in place.

• Preceptor & Instructor Management: Smoother scrolling, table sorting, and document download behavior across preceptor and instructor management screens.

Role-specific Updates

Bug Fixes

• Navigation & Popups: Fixed keyboard navigation and close buttons within notification preference windows, and resolved table loading issues where filters or buttons temporarily disappeared.

• Profiles & Agreements: Restored missing edit/cancel buttons and character limit warnings for profile descriptions, resolved missing fields in Manage Affiliation Agreements, and fixed an issue where agreements would not deactivate properly.

• Clinical Requirements: Restored access to manage requirement instructions, fixed missing attachment links on clinical requirements, and resolved provider dropdown selection errors on Attest Requirements.

• Reports: Fixed filter reset errors, export formatting, and table loading across reporting pages, including specific error screens previously seen by Hospital System users.

• Account Access & Logins: Resolved credential and password reset issues affecting select accounts, and ensured pending/uninvited accounts consistently appear in administrative tables.

• Visual & Layout Consistency: Corrected misaligned dropdowns, overlapping icons, spacing issues, and unexpected scrolling behavior across forms.
