CCPS Release Notes - May 2026 (v3.3.3)

The CCPS Team is excited to share what we've been working on for our May release. This update introduces a new Historical Submission workflow for placement requests and resolves several bugs affecting reports and account management.

Enhancements

Historical Submission for Placement Requests*

• We can now enable a separate historical submission window that allows schools to submit historical placement requests during a dedicated time period before the standard submission window begins. Providers will also have a dedicated Historical Review period to respond to historical submissions prior to the standard window.

• If the historical submission window is enabled, relevant dates will be displayed within the placement schedule dashboard widget.

• When historical submission is enabled, we will send email notifications to enrolled users when the historical submission and historical review periods begin.

• Schools are guided to the correct submission path based on the current rotation period configuration: historical only, both historical and all requests, or no submissions available.

  *Note: The historical window is enabled at the request of your region's consortium and is not on by default.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an export error that occurred when exporting the All Placement Requests and Community Benefit reports across multiple rotation periods

• Corrected a loading issue on the Manage Affiliation Agreements list where only the first 14–16 rows would display; all rows now load correctly

General Improvements

We've also made a few behind-the-scenes optimizations and technical updates to keep CCPS running smoothly and to support future enhancements.
