CCPS Release Notes - June 2026 (v3.3.5)

The CCPS Team is excited to share what we've been working on for our June 11th release. This update introduces new affiliation agreement notifications, improves regional report viewing and exports, and resolves several issues affecting placement requests, affiliation agreements, and reports.

Enhancements

Affiliation Agreement Approval Notifications

• We’ve updated the email notification for school users when a provider approves an affiliation agreement.

• The notification lets schools know that the agreement has been approved and that they may continue submitting placement requests with that provider.

• The email includes a link back to CCPS so users can log in and review the updated agreement under School Details > Profile > Manage Affiliation Agreements.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue that prevented users from saving updated affiliation agreements when separate agreements existed for different rotation types.

• Resolved report issues affecting Course Placements & Attestations, including missing assigned preceptor requests.
