CCPS Release Notes - April 2026 (v3.3.1)

The CCPS Team is excited to share what we’ve been working on for our April release. This update focuses on modernizing the platform, improving reporting and placement workflows, and strengthening overall stability and security for schools, providers, and regional admins.

Enhancements

Placement Requests

• A Created Date column has been added to all placement request tables, making it easier to track and manage requests over time. The timestamp is shown in UTC.
  

Bug Fixes

• Corrected the Placement Calendar PDF layout so Sunday appears on the same page as the rest of the week, along with removing an “[Invalid]” message that appeared on unavailable days

  

• Removed a duplicate alert stating that the current date is past the placement request end date

• Resolved repeated confirmation popups when navigating away from Placement Request creation page

• Fixed errors when saving School Requirements on the Clinical Requirements page

• Fixed a file upload error that occurred when school users uploaded documents

• Corrected an issue where the email field added an extra “.” after a double space, which caused invalid email errors

• Addressed underlying database issues to improve overall reliability and performance

General Improvements

We’ve also made a number of behind‑the‑scenes optimizations and technical updates to keep CCPS running smoothly and to support future enhancements.
