CCPS Modernization Update: A More Consistent Experience

Over the past month, you may have noticed that CCPS is looking a little different. We are currently in the middle of a multi-phase journey to modernize the platform, making it faster, more accessible, and easier to navigate.

Recent Updates

We are excited to announce that Phase 1: The Foundation is now complete. Here is a look at the improvements we’ve rolled out in versions 3.4.0 through 3.4.3:

A New Standard for Data Tables

We have standardized the look and feel of data tables across the entire platform—including Courses, Students, and Instructors.

• Sticky Scroll Bars: You no longer have to hunt for the scroll bar on wide tables; it is now pinned to the bottom of your screen for easier navigation.

• Unified Toolbars: The "Add," "Filter," and "Export" buttons are now in the same place on every screen, so you always know where to find your tools.

  

• Improved Multi-Select: We’ve refined how you select rows for bulk actions, making it more intuitive to manage large groups of records at once.

  

A Refreshed Brand Experience

We’ve updated the CCPS visual identity to provide a cleaner, more professional workspace.

• Modernized Login: A refreshed entry point to the system with updated branding and a simplified layout.
• Decluttered Header: We’ve reorganized the global header and removed legacy icons to give you more room to work.
• Responsive Design: Pages now adapt better to different screen sizes, ensuring a consistent experience whether you are on a large monitor or a laptop.

Reporting & Reliability

• Easier to Find: We’ve alphabetized our report lists and standardized the layout of the "All Placement Requests" reports.

  

• Under-the-Hood Stability: Alongside these visual updates, we’ve resolved over 50 functional bugs to ensure your clinical requirement and placement workflows remain rock-solid.

What’s Next?

Phase 1 was about the foundation. In Phase 2 (October), we are turning our attention to the data you use to make decisions. We are currently working on:

• Finalizing Report Standardization: Bringing the "New Look" to our entire reporting catalog.
• The New Home Dashboard: A redesigned landing page to give you instant visibility into your most important tasks.
• Workflow Modernization: We will begin updating the high-impact screens you use every day, including Create Request and Attest Requirements.
