CCPS Release Notes - June 2026 (v3.3.4)

The CCPS Team is excited to share what we've been working on for our June release. This update focuses on improving placement request workflows, strengthening reporting, and resolving issues that affected compliance visibility, account access, and data accuracy across the platform.

Enhancements

Expanded Regional Providers Export Options

• The Regional Providers report now supports Show All and Export All Results.

• This makes it easier to review complete provider lists and export full report results without being limited by what is currently shown on screen.

Improvements

Placement Request Reporting

• The Placement Calendar now more accurately displays overlapping placement request dates in reports and exports, improving clarity for teams managing complex scheduling activity.

Attest Requirements Usability

• The contextual menu item previously labeled Excel on the Attest Requirements page for School Users has been updated to Export for clearer, more intuitive wording.

• Attachments listed at the system level now display correctly at the school level within Attest Requirements.

User Import Validation

• File validation has been improved when adding users via CSV import, helping reduce upload errors and making bulk user management more reliable.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where some students were missing from the Attest Requirements page.

• Resolved an issue preventing schools from submitting placement requests for upcoming rotation periods.

• Fixed a bug where deselected columns disappeared from the column selector and could not be added back.

• Fixed a display issue where the Availability Grid PDF could cut off Departments/Units/Locations.

• Corrected the Compliance Status modal so assigned students now display properly for preceptor placements.

General Improvements

We've also made several behind-the-scenes updates to improve overall reliability, support reporting accuracy, and create a smoother experience for schools, providers, and administrators using CCPS every day.
