CCPS Release Notes - June 2026 (v3.3.7)

The CCPS Team is excited to share what we've been working on for our June release. This update introduces a refreshed login experience, a redesigned navigation sidebar, and a new global footer as part of our ongoing UI modernization effort.

Enhancements

Refreshed Login Page

• The login page has been updated with a modernized layout and updated footer.

  Note: Your login credentials and MFA setup have not changed. The authentication flow works the same as before.

Redesigned Navigation Sidebar

• CCPS now features a redesigned two-panel navigation sidebar on the left side of the screen, replacing the previous top-and-side menu layout.

• A narrow icon-based context menu on the far left lets you switch between your available role contexts (e.g., School, Provider, Regional Admin). Selecting a role updates the primary navigation menu to show options relevant to that role.

• Quick Actions to Create Request, Attest Requirements, and Assign to Rotation are now accessible to School Users with one click at the top of the navigation panel.

• You can resize the navigation panel by clicking and dragging its edge. Your width preference is preserved across sessions.

Note: All of your existing menu items and pages are still available - they've been reorganized into the new sidebar layout. No features have been removed.

Updated Global Header

• The header has been reorganized with updated CCPS logo placement, streamlined notification access, and a consolidated My Account menu with options for My Profile, Change Password, Notification Preferences, Notification Enrollments, and Logout.

Improvements

• Availability Grid & Reports: Improved export reliability so Availability Grid results consistently appear in both PDF and Excel exports.

• Pagination: Fixed the Rows per Page selector on the Attest Requirements page so tables update to display the selected number of rows.

Bug Fixes

• Placement request date validation: Users are now prevented from creating placement requests when the start date falls outside the selected rotation period.

• Copy Placement Request: Fixed an issue where the selected proposed student did not save when copying a Preceptor placement request. Student information now carries through as expected.

General Improvements

We've also made a few behind-the-scenes optimizations and technical updates to keep CCPS running smoothly and to support future enhancements.
