CCPS Release Notes - March 2026 (v3.3)

The CCPS Team is excited to share what we've been working on for our March release. This update introduces new reporting filters, strengthens notification delivery for schools and providers, improves placement request workflows, and resolves several issues affecting bulk imports and day-to-day stability.

Enhancements

New program filtering for the Availability Overview Report

  • For Providers and Regional Admins, when "Placement Type: Allied Health" is selected in the Availability Overview Report, a new Program Type dropdown will display. It supports multi-select and bulk select/deselect, so providers can focus capacity reporting on the specific programs they care about.

Improvements to Existing Features

Automatic notification enrollment for new users

  • New team members are now automatically enrolled in the correct email notifications based on their role (School or Provider), reducing manual setup and ensuring key emails are received from day one.

Notification enrollment backfill for existing users

  • All active School and Provider users have been backfilled into the appropriate email notification enrollments for placement requests, affiliation agreements, and rotation period events—closing historical gaps where some users were not receiving expected emails.

Better placement overlap visibility

  • We updated the "View Scheduled Placements" table for Providers so that placement requests whose dates overlap the selected availability date range now appear consistently.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the "Copy from Historical" review modal was showing dates from the historical placement instead of the updated dates entered for the new request. The modal now reflects the new dates you selected.

  • Resolved intermittent errors impacting some school users when adding new Affiliation Agreements, so agreements can now be reliably created.

  • Fixed an error that occurred when regional admins ran certain reports (including Community Benefits, Availability Grid, Course Placement & Attestations, Placement Calendar, and All Placement Requests).

General Improvements

We've also made a number of behind-the-scenes optimizations and technical updates—including a framework upgrade and security scanning—to keep CCPS running smoothly and to support future enhancements.
