CCPS Release Notes - February 2026 (v3.2.2)

Introduction

The February 2026 CCPS release (v 3.2.2) focuses on improving the stability and accuracy of key workflows used by schools, providers, and regional admins.

This update includes enhancements to Affiliation Agreement workflows and activation, improvements to the default rotation period, fixes for login, compliance lists, historical requests, and notifications, and platform and documentation updates to support long-term reliability.

Improvements to Existing Features

Faster setup for Affiliation Agreements

  • Regional Admins can now add Affiliation Agreements on behalf of schools without requiring provider approval, reducing delays and manual coordination.

  • Affiliation Agreements added by Regional Admins and FCCC Admins now activate automatically, so approved agreements move into use more quickly and consistently.

Smarter rotation period selection

  • The rotation period dropdown now defaults to the current rotation period, which speeds up creating and reviewing requests and reduces the chance of viewing the wrong term.

Better request tracking

  • The Request ID now appears immediately in the confirmation pop-up after a request is created, so users can copy or reference it right away.

  • All historical requests are now displayed together without pagination, making it easier find a historical request to clone

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issues where some users were not receiving security codes required to complete sign‑in.

  • Corrected cases where students and instructors displayed inaccurate compliance status

  • Removed instructions for Clinical Requirements that were appearing for the wrong schools.

  • Fixed issues where instructions and attachments were not correctly aligned between system‑level and school‑level requirements, ensuring users now see the correct guidance for their school and requirement.

  • Resolved a problem where the Students search bar returned no results when the Cohort field was left blank.

  • Fixed an issue where badges were missing from requests created from historical records, so those requests now display badges correctly.

  • Fixed affiliation agreement notification emails that were showing placeholder text instead of the correct values, so messages are now clear and accurate.

  • Corrected the order and visibility of rotation period widgets and dropdowns, reducing confusion when selecting terms.

General Improvements

We’ve also made a number of behind-the-scenes optimizations and technical updates (including platform reliability) to keep CCPS running smoothly and to support future enhancements.
