CCPS Release Notes - December 2025 (v.3.1) IntroductionThe CCPS Team is excited to share what we’ve been working on for the December release. This update includes improvements to reliability, usability and functionality. Every change is intended to reduce friction in your daily work and make CCPS more predictable and intuitive.Improvements to Existing Features Thanks to your ongoing feedback, this release introduces several enhancements across placement workflows and rotation management.Smoother school placement requests and clearer messaging Schools can now create Preceptor placement requests without assigning a specific student at the time of submission. This allows Schools to make a request first, then either select a student, if known, or choose a student later once request is assigned We’ve added informational text when placement dates overlap rotation periods Providers can now enroll in email notifications when a school has submitted or withdrawn a placement request Provider Approval of School-Entered Affiliation Agreements Providers can now review and approve all affiliation agreements submitted by schools directly within CCPS. When a school submits or updates an agreement, the designated Provider user receives a notification prompting them to review and approve the agreement details. Until an updated affiliation agreement is approved by a provider, a school may not be able to submit placement requests to that provider. Bug Fixes We fixed a bug that was causing the Show All filter to unexpectedly switch to Best Matches for Providers assigning Cohort Requests. We fixed a bug that caused new Instructors and Students to be added with a “Not Invited” status for schools who do not use MyCCPS. Newly added Instructors and Students are automatically set to Active when added by Schools who do not use MyCCPS. General Improvements We’ve also made a number of behind-the-scenes optimizations and technical updates (including reporting and integration work) to keep CCPS running smoothly and to support future enhancements. If you have feedback or run into issues, please reach out to us at support@centralizedplacements.org.
