Course Information Now Displayed in Placement Request Screen

With this update, users can view course details—including course number, title, start date, and end date—directly within the various steps of submitting a new placement request. This eliminates the need to navigate back and forth between screens to retrieve instructor or course information. The additional information streamlines the request process and ensures alignment with course requirements.

Changes to Past Requests

To ensure the integrity of past requests users will now only be able to make changes to past requests if the request remained in the submitted status. In the Assigned, Paused, and Closed Placement Request modules, a pop-up alert will appear when  a user attempts to make changes to placement requests with dates that are in the past. This change is designed to enhance data integrity and ensure that records remain accurate and consistent within the system.

Community Benefit Report Rotation Period

Users now have the flexibility to select either the rotation period or a specific date range when generating community benefit reports. This improvement eliminates the need to separately select both parameters, streamlining the reporting process and enhancing overall usability.

Whether your reporting needs are better served by defining a rotation period (e.g., quarterly or annually) or selecting a custom date range, our system now accommodates both preferences. This flexibility empowers you to tailor your reporting approach to suit your organization's specific requirements and reporting cycles.
