Version 2.0 CCPS Release Notes: Provider and School User Updates - 4/12/2024 

Welcome to the Latest Enhancements!

Thank you for exploring the new, modernized version of our centralized clinical placement system (CCPS). We are excited to announce significant updates aimed at enhancing your experience and making your processes more efficient. These enhancements are a direct result of your valuable feedback, and we are dedicated to continuously refining our system to better serve your needs.

New Features for Providers: 

Pending New page:

We’ve improved the way you can manage placement requests. New and historical requests now appear together on the Pending New Page for Provider Users. A new indicator differentiates historical requests, streamlining your workflow. 

Enhanced Search and Filtering: 

Also, on the Pending New Page for Provider Users, use the Request ID filter on the consolidated table to seamlessly locate new or historical pending requests. 

Export to Excel- Expanded Functionality:

More fields are now available when exporting data to Excel. Customize your export settings using the gear icon at the top right of the table to select fields and adjust column order, ensuring continuity with your existing reports. Remember to set the Rows per page to Show All to ensure complete data visibility in your export.

Pending Historical Page Update:

Visit the Pending Historical link in the navigation to manage historical placement requests. We've updated our system based on your feedback, ensuring that you can see historical placement details and that historical requests can be assigned without availability conflicts. 

New Features for School Users:

New Requests page: 

In addition to selecting an Experience Type for your placement request, an optional Preferred Departments field is also available on the New Request page, helping tailor placement requests more closely to the needs for your student groups. 

New features for Regional Admins

Comprehensive Regional Reporting 

Access the All Placement Requests report under the Reports section for a report that can provide a  regional overview of placement request activity. Set your parameters, including dates, schools, and providers, and select one or all statuses to generate a full report that includes historical details and comment history.
