CCPS Release Notes - May 2024 (v.2.2.1)

Introduction

This update focuses on refining the user interfaces to support intuitive navigation through the system.

Overview

Incorporating feedback from users, the updates target the look and feel of CCPS. Users can find key information highlighted with color, larger font sizes, additional filters, and convenient links to connect data across the system. The changes increase consistency across various screens and help navigate the data presented in tables and streamline workflows.

Enhancements

Users will find the following enhancements in CCPS:

Sorting and Filtering Data 

  • Users can now filter table data more efficiently with refined filtering options.
    • Locations: added filters for Status, Department, and Unit.

    • Cohort Request Availability Grid: sort by Department, Unit or Location Name

Success and Error Messages

Success and error messages have been added or refined. For example, a success message now confirms that a provider has assigned a placement request.

Preceptor Import

Comments for Preceptors are now included in the Preceptor Import feature.

Colors for Status Indicators

  • Colors highlight the status of requests, locations, and assigned availability. 
  • The use of color augments the text for communicating statuses and helps users visually scan data tables to identify crucial information.

Data now reflects the count of Assigned Request and Pending Requests (rather than Total Requests).
