Users will see the notification icon in the top left hand corner of the screen above the main menu. Users now also have the ability to include both office and mobile numbers, ensuring that all relevant contact details are easily accessible.Area code and mobile entry fieldsPlacement Request Screen EnhancementsSeveral improvements have been made to the placement and request management features. The Preceptor request screen now allows for assigning students and adding shifts and days, providing greater flexibility. Submitted Placement Requests can now be edited to adjust the number of students or change start and end dates. The Cohort Placement Request screen includes new sorting options by department, unit, or location. Additionally, an Availability ID column has been added to the availability grid, with each ID number linked to its detailed information for easier tracking and reference within the placement requests screens.Enhanced Preceptor request screen: option to assign a student, and add shifts and daysEnhanced Submitted Placement Request options (edit the number of students or start and end dates)Cohort Request screen now includes option to sort by department, unit or location Availability ID column is now included in the availability grid Availability ID number is now linked to the availability details Enhancement of Upload process for Affiliation Agreements We've streamlined the upload process for Affiliation Agreements to improve efficiency and accuracy. When a regional administrator uploads an affiliation agreement, the system now automatically selects and locks the provider or school, reducing the chances of errors and ensuring that the correct organization is always chosen. This enhancement simplifies the workflow and enhances the overall user experience.Bug FixesThis update addresses several important issues that limited functionality. The All Placement Requests Report now functions correctly, with a new limit of selecting up to 5 schools to prevent report failures. Availability at a location that has been assigned can no longer be changed without prompting the user to review associated placement requests. Additionally, provider users are now restricted from editing instructor details on assigned, paused, closed, cohort, or preceptor requests screens, ensuring that only school users can make such modifications. These fixes aim to improve system reliability and workflow efficiency.The All Placement Requests Report was fixed to remove the report failure notification when all schools were selected, and is now limited to five schools.Availability at a Location can not be changed if it has been assigned. The system will now prompt the user to review the placement requests that are assigned to that availability. Provider users can not edit instructor details for assigned, paused, closed, cohort or preceptor requests screens. Only School users can modify instructor details on the requests screens.
