CCPS Release Notes - September 2024 (v.2.2.6) DateSeptember 25, 2024IntroductionThis release implements improvements to the user interface, look and feel of CCPS and addresses a bug on the Provider’s Location & Availability Screen.Enhancements All UsersContinued updates to the user interface to improve user experience and reduce pain points. Specific areas that were updated in this release include: Location Screen Add or Edit Instructors, Preceptors, Students, and Team members Clinical Requirements Screenshots of updated user interfaces: The All Placement Request report includes additional data for Rotation Period, Course Number, Course Name, Instructor Email, Student Cohort, and Instructor Phone Number. Users will receive email notifications when the status of an Affiliation Agreement is updated. New users will receive a welcome email and instructions for setting their password. Provider UsersThe rotation period filter in the left-hand navigation menu is linked to the Availability that is displayed. In order to see the Availability for a rotation period, change the dropdown in the left-hand navigation menu and refresh the Location page. The terminology for Availability is updated to “Number of Slots”. Number of Slots represents the quantity of students that could be placed. Previously, the terminology Number of Students was utilized. The Availability Overview Report now includes additional data on Number of Slots. Bug FixesOn the Location & Availability screen, the dropdowns for Location and Unit were incorrectly linked on the left and right panels. This issue has been fixed.We are always looking for and fixing bugs. There were no additional critical bug fixes to highlight for this release.Impacted UsersAll Users are impacted by the changes.
