CCPS Release Notes - August 2024 (v.2.2.5)

Introduction

This release implements improvements to the user interface, look and feel of CCPS.

Enhancements

• All Users

  • The colors used for radio buttons, checkboxes, and buttons were updated to improve contrast.
  • Error, warning, and success messages were updated throughout the system. 
    • This is a work in progress. Look for additional updates in coming releases.
  • The Provider Participant Directory report workflow was updated to match the School Participant Directory report workflow.
  • Areas where duplicate shifts were displayed have been streamlined to avoid duplication.

• Provider Users

  • The filters for a Location’s Department and Unit are linked. The Unit options displayed in the falter match the Department selection.

• School Users

  • When a school user requests a new placement, the field label for adding Required Clinical Hours per Student was updated to provide additional guidance.

Bug Fixes

We are always looking for and fixing bugs. There were no critical bug fixes to highlight for this release.

Impacted Users

All Users are impacted by the changes.
