CCPS Release Notes - December 2024 (v.2.2.9)

Introduction

This release implements the flexibility to allow duplicate availability for a provider’s location. Enhancements also focused on increasing the speed of the historical bulk assign process. 

Enhancements 

Duplicate Availability

  • Providers can add multiple availabilities for a matching Placement Type and Program Type.
  • If an availability for the same rotation period, placement type, and program type is added then the users will get a warning. CCPS will allow duplicates to be created, but cautions that duplicates can also result in an excess number of students assigned to a location at the same time.

Historical Bulk Assign

  • Speed improvements and enhancements are in place so that the page can better handle large volumes of placement requests to assign.

Bug Fixes

  • A bug was causing requested students instead of assigned students to display in data columns for “Assignment Details”. The bug has been fixed and CCPS now displays the number of students assigned.
  • We continuously seek out and resolve bugs. However, there are no additional critical bug fixes to highlight for this release.
  • All Users are impacted by the changes.
