Introduction

We're excited to introduce significant updates designed to enhance your experience and streamline your processes. These improvements are driven by your valuable feedback, and we remain committed to continuously refining the system to better support your needs.

Enhancements

Reports

Report Parameters 

• When downloading a report to excel, you will see a secondary tab at the bottom of the report titled Report Parameters that details the selected filters and date of download.

Provider users

Location Managers 

• You can now add Location Managers to CCPS. We have added a main navigation menu item where you can access your list of location managers under Provider Details.

• Clicking Create allows you to input the information into the fields.

• You can select the Location Manager from the drop down on the Locations page, associating that particular manager with that location. Note: the Location Manager information will also be included in the Availability Overview report.

School users

Copy Previous Request 

• You can Copy Previous Request after submitting a request to a provider site. This will allow you to make any edits prior to submitting a similar request

Manage Users - Role and Last Login

•  All users can now see the role and last login when viewing Team 

Enhancements to Manage Organizations

• When adding an organization to a user on the Manage Organizations page, you can now sort by name. There is now a column for region and organization type. The search field is no longer case sensitivity

Enhancements to Instructors page

• The instructor mobile number, phone number and organization are selectable data points from the gear on the right-hand side of the display table.

Regional Admin users

Regional School Profile Summary Report and Regional Provider Profile Summary Report

• Regional users can now download summaries of all sites in their region by navigating to the main menu and selecting Regional Schools or Regional Providers

Last Login Information on Team pages

• You can now view the last login for created users in the last column in the display table

Enhancements to Manage Affiliation Agreements

• You can now sort each column in the display table for your affiliation agreements

Bug Fixes

• Enhancements to the spacing and the overlap to Add Availability in Locations

All Users are impacted by the changes.
