CCPS Release Notes - November 2025 (v.3.0)

Introduction

The CCPS Team is excited to share what the team has been working to deliver in our November CCPS Release. The focus has been on making the platform smoother, more flexible, and even more intuitive. Every update is designed to help you work more efficiently and with fewer obstacles. Let’s take a look at what’s new!

Improvements to Existing Features

Thanks to all your feedback and collaboration, we are excited to deliver one of the most requested improvements:

Placement Requests

The School Placement Request workflow has been enhanced to provide a more user friendly process.

• The redesigned Placement Request process is more intuitive, and faster. The new process flow guides you through each step, provides a preview of available providers, and provides a smoother overall experience—whether you’re starting fresh or reusing a historical placement.

  

  

  

Also included in this update, there are a number of refinements to help simplify your daily workflows:

• Schools can now set placement request end dates beyond the rotation period.
  This added flexibility helps accommodate special cases with ease.

  

• When reviewing placement request assignment options, Providers can now view all placement types—Allied Health, Preceptor, and Cohort—on the "View Scheduled Placements" page.
  No more switching between screens—everything you need is right where you expect it.

• Tables now export in full without requiring “Show All.”
  A small change that saves you time.

• A limit has been added for the number of preceptors per request to maintain clarity and consistency.

Bug Fixes

We’ve continued to refine CCPS by resolving a number of issues reported by users:

• Placement requests can now use today’s date as the end date without triggering errors.

• School Admins can once again invite students in On-Boarding without errors.

• Instructors are visible to Providers.

• Students appear correctly on the provider side when viewing assigned requests.

• Placement request status emails (Paused, Withdraw, Assign) are clearer and more reliable.

General Improvements

We’ve also made several behind-the-scenes optimizations and minor adjustments to keep everything running smoothly.
