CCPS Release Notes - October 2024 (v.2.2.8)

Introduction

This release implements improvements to managing team members, reports, and added data about course simulation hours to the system. It also features updates to the visibility of requested students and assigned slots data.

Enhancements 

Managing Team Members

• The user interface for adding new team members and managing existing team members has been enhanced.
  • Edit hyperlink for quick access to edit a team member.
  • Account Status filter will default to Active users and can be used to filter for Active, Inactive, or All team members.
  • Excel export will generate an Excel file summary of team members.

Reports

All Placement Requests

• Speed improvements to better handle large volumes of data.
• Added fields for data on “Simulation Hours Per Student” for courses.

Placement Calendar Report

• Includes any placements that are matched with an Inactive availability and will include paused placement requests.
• Allows for multi-select on the Locations parameter.

School Users

• Course data now includes an optional field Simulation Hours per Student in addition to the required field Clinical Hours per Student.  The Simulation Hours per Student data is also included in the All Placement Requests report download. 

All Users

• Instructor data for placement requests is now available to view in tables. The gear icon located on the top right of data tables allows users to select what data fields are visible. Instructor is an additional column option.

• Requested Students and Assigned Slots are now available to view in tables with data on placement requests. The gear icon located on the top right of data tables allows users to select what data fields are visible. Requested Students displays data on the number of requested students by a school when they submitted the placement request. Assigned Slots displays data on the number of slots assigned to the placement request by providers.

Bug Fixes

• Enhancements to report speed addressed some issues reported by users.
• We continuously seek out and resolve bugs. However, there are no critical bug fixes to highlight for this release.
• All Users are impacted by the changes.
