Decline a Submitted Request 1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Placement Requests, then choose the type of request you want to decline: Cohort Requests, Preceptor Requests, Historical Requests, or Assigned.On the Manage Requests screen, select the request (or historical request) you want to decline, then click Decline in the top navigation bar.4. In the decline pop-up window, enter a reason for the decline or select one from the dropdown menu.Adding comments is optional.Click Save when finished. A confirmation message will appear confirming that the request has been declined.6. To revert a declined request back to Pending, navigate to Placement Requests > Declined or Withdrawn.7. On the Manage Closed Requests screen, select the request you want to revert and click Undo.8. In the confirmation window, add comments if needed, then click Save.
