Reviewing Submitted Requests

1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.

2. Click Placement Requests, then select Cohort Requests.

3. On the Manage Cohort Requests screen, select the Pending or Submitted request you want to view.

  • If the Status column is not visible, click the gear icon and select Status to add it to the table.

  • Historical requests are also visible on this screen.

4. After selecting the request, use the screen divider to move to the right-side panel and view the request details.
