Declining Historical Placement Requests

There are two ways to manage and decline Historical Placement Requests. Both options are outlined below:

Option 1: Decline Historical Placement Requests through Cohort Requests

1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.

2. From the left-hand navigation, click Placement Requests and select Cohort Requests.

3. Locate the historical placement request you want to decline and click to highlight it.
Historical requests will display the word “Historical” next to the Request ID.
Use the filter options, if needed, to narrow your search. Once selected, click Decline.

4. Select a decline reason from the dropdown menu.

5. Click the Save.

6. A confirmation window will appear indicating that the request has been declined.

Option 2: Decline Historical Placement Requests through Historical Bulk Assign

1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.

2. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Placement Requests under Provider.

3. Click Historical Bulk Assign.

4. Select the historical placement requests and click Decline.

5. Choose a reason for declining from the dropdown menu.

6. Click the Save.

7. A confirmation window will appear confirming the request has been declined.
