Assigning Historical Placement Requests 1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.2. From the left navigation menu, select Provider, then click Cohort Requests3. In the Manage Assigned Requests table, click Show Filters at the top of the screen if you need to narrow the results. Use the dropdown menus (such as School, Placement Type, and Preferred Department) to apply filters.4. Historical requests are identified by the Historical icon next to the Request ID. Select the historical request you want to assign by checking the box next to it.The right-side panel will display available placements.You can adjust the divider between the two panels by dragging the blue arrow.5. Select the availability you want to assign. In the right-side panel, enter the number of students.If no best-match availabilities appear, click Show All / Allow Overlap to view additional options.Click Assign from the menu at the top to continue.6.
