Activating an Affiliation Agreement 1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.2. From the left-hand menu, select Provider Details, then click Profile.3. On the Manage Profile screen, click the + icon next to Agreements.4. Locate the Affiliation Agreement you want to activate and click Activate.5.
