Approving Affiliation Agreements

Schools may submit updates or changes to Affiliation Agreements with Providers. These changes must be approved by the Provider to take effect. Changes made to Affiliation Agreements by Providers take effect immediately and do not need to be approved.

Instructions

1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.

2. Under Provider Details, select Profile

 

3. On the Manage Profile page, scroll down to Manage Affiliation Agreements under the expanded Agreements section

 

4. Select the Affiliation Agreement to approve then click Activate above the table

 

5. In the confirmation window, click Yes to confirm that you want to approve and activate the Affiliation Agreement

 

6. Back on the Manage Profile page, click Save in the bottom left corner to finalize your changes
