Bulk Pause Assigned Rotations (Schools)

1. From the left navigation, select the Rotation Period and School from the drop-down menu. The Rotation Period filter will apply to all modules and screens.  

2. Under Placement Requests on the left navigation menu, click Assigned

3. On the Manage Assigned Requests page, check the boxes for the Placement Request(s) you wish to pause, then click the Pause button above the table

4. Click Yes to confirm you wish to pause multiple selections

5. Select a reason for the pause and add an optional comment, then click Save. A confirmation will display and those Placement Requests will now be displayed on the Paused page.
