Inviting Students to Register for MyCCPS

If your school has enabled MyCCPS, you can invite your students and instructors to register an account. Once they have registered (and paid for their subscription, if applicable), they can upload their own clinical documentation and submit requirements for your review and approval.

Invitations can be sent through CCPS or by sharing your school's unique MyCCPS invitation code, which can be found at the top of the Students page.

To invite students to register for MyCCPS through CCPS

These steps below assume you have already added Students to CCPS. For instructions on adding Students to CCPS, please review our Adding Students article. If you are sharing your school's MyCCPS invitation code, it is not necessary to add your students first, as they will be added to the Students page upon registration.

  1. From the left navigation, select the Rotation Period and School from the drop-down menu. The Rotation Period filter will apply to all modules and screens.  

  1. Under Onboarding in the left navigation menu, click Students.
  2. Check the box(es) for any listed student(s) who should be invited to MyCCPS. 

  3. Using the Bulk Actions bar towards the bottom of the screen, click the Invite button.

  4. In the confirmation pop-up, review the number of invites to be sent and click Send Invite. A success message will appear, and students will receive an email with your school's MyCCPS invitation code and a link to register.
