Adding Students 1. From the left navigation, select the Rotation Period and School from the drop-down menu. The Rotation Period filter will apply to all modules and screens. 2. Under School > Onboarding on the left navigation menu, click Students. 3. On the Manage Students page, you can add students one-by-one or import a list of students from an Excel spreadsheet. Continue below to add students one-by-one. To import a list of students, skip to this section.4. Click the + Add dropdown button and choose Add Student 5. Fill out the necessary information and click Save. The Student will be added to the table. Repeat the step above to add another student. Import Students from an Excel Spreadsheet1. Click the + Add dropdown button and choose Import Students 2. In the Import Students pop-up, select Download Template File. Save the Excel sheet to your computer and fill out the necessary information. 3. Select Upload to import the Excel file from your computer or drag and drop the file into the appropriate area4. After the system processes the file, the Results box will list how many students were added. Optionally, if you have it, you can invite students to MyCCPS by clicking Yes, please Invite.
