Deactivating or Reactivating a Location Availability

1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.

2. From the left-hand menu, select Provider Details, then click Locations.

3. On the View or Update Locations screen, choose the location where you want to deactivate or reactivate an availability, then click Edit.

4. To deactivate an availability: Go to the Manage Availability screen, select the availability you want to deactivate, and click Edit.

5. In the Availability Details pop-up, scroll to Status, change it from Active to Inactive, and click Save.

6. To reactivate an availability: Return to the Manage Availability screen, select the availability marked as inactive, and click Edit.

7. In the Availability Details pop-up, change the Status from Inactive to Active, then click Save.

8. Back on the Manage Availability page, click Save again to finalize your updates before exiting.
