Assigning Availabilities to Students 1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.2. In the left-hand navigation bar, click Placement Requests, then select Cohort Requests.3. On the Manage Cohort Requests screen, select the request you want to assign. The Availabilities panel on the left will update with the request details.You can drag the blue divider bar in the middle left or right to adjust the screen size.4. On the Request Details panel on the right, enter the number of students you want to assign and select the applicable days of the week. Click Assign.5. A Confirmation pop-up will appear.
