Adding Students to an Assigned Rotation

1. From the left navigation, select the Rotation Period and School from the drop-down menu. The Rotation Period filter will apply to all modules and screens.  

2. Under School > Onboarding on the left navigation menu, click Assign to Rotation


 

3. In the Assign Students to Clinical Rotations page, use the filters under Step 1 and Step 2 to select the students that you want to assign. Click Refresh to update the data shown on the page.

 

4. For Step 3, find the list of Available Students on the right. Find the student you want to add to a rotation and click Assign. You can also click and drag the row with a student's name from the right column to an Upcoming Rotation listed on the left.

 

5. The student is now assigned to the Upcoming Rotation and no longer appears in the Available Students list on the right.
