Inactivating a Provider User

1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.

2. Click Provider Details in the left-hand navigation screen, then select Team.

3. In the table, locate the user you want to inactivate and click the Username link.

4. On the Create or Edit User screen, find the Active checkbox, uncheck it, and click Save on the right side of the screen.
