Availability Overview Report

1. From the left-hand menu, use the drop-down to select the Rotation Period and Provider. The selected rotation period will be applied across all modules and screens.

2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Provider Details. This will allow you to access detailed information about the providers associated with your account or system.

3. Click Locations to view and manage all provider-associated locations.

4. On the Manage Locations screen, click Availability Overview Report to open a comprehensive view of availability across all locations.

Note: You can also access the report directly from the left-side navigation menu by selecting Availability Overview Report under the Reports section.

5. In the Availability Overview screen, you can customize your view:

  • Select a Rotation Period to filter availability data.

  • Use the Export to Excel option to download the report.

  • Hover over the gear icon in the upper right corner to adjust which data points are displayed.

Tip: If the list is long, adjust the Rows per page setting at the bottom of the screen to control how many entries display at once.
