Logging into CCPS using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  1. Navigate to CCPS at https://login.centralizedplacements.org/
  2. Type in your username and password (case-sensitive) and click Sign in.

  3. You will be prompted to enter a verification code received via email or SMS. If you are signing in for the first time, this code will be sent to your email only. Enter in the code and click Submit.

  1. Optionally, you can configure MFA authentication codes to be sent via SMS text. To set this up, sign into CCPS, then navigate to My Account > My Profile in the top right.

  2. In the My Profile pop-up, enter your Mobile Number in the appropriate field, then click Save.

  3. Navigate to My Account > Notification Preferences in the top right.

  4. In the Notification Preferences pop-up, check the box for Allow SMS to enable receiving your MFA authentication code via SMS text message, then click Save.

Note: If you opt-in to receiving SMS (text) messages and enter your mobile phone number, the MFA verification code will be sent to both your contact email address and mobile phone number as an SMS (text) message.

If you are not receiving your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code and this setting above is enabled, please email us at support@centralizedplacements.org.
