Helpful Screen Tips

In this article you will find a few tips on how to view and find information on your screens using Google Chrome:

• Zoom in or out to view the information on the screen
• Use Full-Screen mode to maximize your viewing area and reduce distractions
• Search Functionality to quickly find specific information. 

Zoom In or Out for Detail: 

When you need to focus on specific content or details, zooming in can make it easier to see. This is particularly helpful when you're working with small text. Zooming out can give you a broader view of your content. 

1. Navigate to the top-right corner of your screen and click on the three dots icon above My Account.

2. Scroll to the Zoom button and adjust the percentage up or down until your screen is easier to view. 

Full Screen Mode:

1. Navigate to the top-right corner of your screen and click on the three dots icon above My Account. Select the Full screen option from the dropdown.  Full screen mode may also be opened by clicking on the icon located next to the Zoom option.

3. If that option isn't available, click F11 on your keyboard to enter full screen mode. 

Search Functionality:

Utilize the search functionality within the application to quickly find specific information.

1. Use a keyboard shortcut to search for any text on the screen.  Using your keyboard click Ctrl + F (Cmd + F on Mac). When you press Ctrl + F (or Cmd + F), a search bar or dialog box will usually appear at the top or bottom of the screen, depending on the software or web browser you're using. You can then type in your search term and press Enter to find instances of that text on the screen.
