• Click Create Placement from the left-hand menu and a pop up window will display. Fill out the form based on information collected from the non-participant school coordinator and then click the Search for Availability button.


  • A blank Placement Request Entry form and the availability that matches the search parameters will display.


  • Assign an availability by selecting the Location, Days and Shift and completing the Placement Request Entry form at the top pf the page. Scroll to bottom of page and click the Assign button.
  • A Placement Request ID will be assigned and placement details can be viewed on the Assigned Requests page and the Placement Calendar report.
