• Select Pending Requests from the left-hand menu. Choose a request to work on and click Details in the Actions column. 
  • From the Placement Request Details page, review the information about the student cohort, type of placement requested, and preferred days/shifts. If there are no matching availabilities displayed, or if you do not want to assign this cohort to any of the open availabilities, click Decline at the bottom of the page.

  • Review the declined placement information and select the Reason for Declining from the dropdown menu, then click Decline Placement.
